Bring your own key — pay a fraction of the price
If you already have an OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or Google (Gemini) account, paste your key. AI usage bills to your account at raw cost — typically ₹80–250 per 10,000 chats — and SiteBot only charges a small platform fee. Your key is stored encrypted and shown only as ****k3fa. Per-token pricing is displayed right on the keys page, so there are no surprises.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — free forever, no credit card. You get 100 platform chats a month (or 500 with your own AI key), 50 pages, and 1 website. It’s the full product on a small allowance; upgrade only when you need more volume.
What counts as a "chat"?
A chat is one visitor conversation — typically a few back-and-forth messages. It’s not billed per message, so a longer conversation still counts as one chat.
How does "bring your own key" lower the cost?
Paste your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini API key and AI usage bills directly to your account at raw cost — typically ₹80–250 per 10,000 chats. SiteBot then only charges a small platform fee, so your BYOK chat allowance is many times higher on every plan.
What happens if I hit my chat limit?
Your agent stays live and answers with a polite note where appropriate. On paid plans you can add overage (₹0.35 per extra platform chat) or upgrade — no forced upgrades.
