Will it make things up to my customers?
It’s built not to. Answers come only from your website’s content, every answer carries server-verified source links to your real pages, and when the content doesn’t cover a question it says "I don’t know" and offers your contact page — and that miss then appears in your dashboard.
What does "bring your own key" mean?
If you already have an OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini account, you paste your key (stored encrypted, shown only as ****k3fa). AI usage bills to your account at raw cost — typically ₹80–250 per 10,000 chats — and we only charge a small platform fee. No key? Use ours on the flat plan.
My site has thousands of pages. Will answers stay accurate?
Yes. Small sites are read in full for every answer. Larger sites use search-then-read: we find the handful of relevant pages first, then the AI reads those completely before answering. Cost and quality stay flat whether you have 10 pages or 10,000.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. It’s one script tag — the same copy-paste as Google Analytics. On Shopify, WordPress, or Wix it goes in the theme’s HTML box. If you can paste text, you can install SiteBot.
What happens to my website’s data?
Your content lives in an isolated, per-customer namespace, is used only to answer your visitors, and is never used to train models — ours or anyone else’s. Delete your agent and the data goes with it, immediately.
